Marco-Rossi
Born from a mixture of ancestral know-how and friendship, Marco-Rossi is a range of pastry specialties from the Périgord. Jean Marc Lavignac and Yannick Rosse are the founders of Marco-Rossi. They have been bakers and cake makers for more than 15 years and bake walnut based sweet specialities (tartlets), covered with caramel and coated with chocolate.
These tartlets are presented in tarts for 6/8 people, individual tarts or buffet style. This specialty is preservative free and guaranteed for 2 months at ambient temperature (not refrigerated). Currently the range of tartlets is being enlarged to include caramelized hazelnut coated with milk chocolate.
