Domaine Moreau Paul & Fils

Moreau Paul & Fils is a traditional winegrower located in the centre of the famous Cognac area. During three generations we produce and market our Pineau from the Charente and Cognac.
All of our products are prepared on a natural basis, without any chemical solutions and with passion and respect for the traditional wine culture and our natural environment.

Winner Silver Medal 2008 "Pineau des Charentes Blanc and Rosé", awarded by the Pineau Committee and the City of Barbezieux.

White and Rosé Pineau
Our Pineau is blended with a combination of the highest quality grape juice and Cognac Brandy (eau de vie). Maturation takes place in traditional oak casks, which enhances the specific flavour (red forest fruit) and its amber coloured hue. Both our white and rosé Pineau make a divined combination with oysters, foie gras, melon or strawberries.

Cognac
We also produce our own Cognac and like our Pineau, our Cognac matures in oak casks causing a surprising subtle fragrance. Wonderful as an aperitif mixed with tonic or soda, or pure as a digestive after a beautiful dinner.

Products: Pineau (white and rosé), Cognac (VSOP and VS), "Amandine" (a liquor of Cognac and almonds), "Select Orange" (a liquor of Cognac with orange).
