I am a beekeeper with a strong preference to transform the natural honey of my bees into various different high quality products rather than growing as much honey as possible. My specialties range from various species of honey, to delicious candy made of honey and nuts of Périgord origin like hazelnut or almond. My personal and favourite specialty is called "Hydromel" (Mead); this mythical aperitif was a favourite amongst our ancestors the Celts! I am proud to state that I won a "Gold Medal" with this product during the annual agricultural fair in Paris in 2005.

Products: 5 different species of local honeys, Mead (dry, medium dry, sweet and soft) and candies based on honey.

Prices: starting at 3,50 euros.
