Annie, born in Basque country and Jérôme, a Landais left their native regions to study in some university cities in France, were glad to come back to become active in Saint Julien en Born-Contis Plage, the area they love to work and live in. The pure nature is attractive, the large pinewoods, the beaches, the sea and above all the serenity and the culture.

The French are well known for their excellent kitchen. Good cooking starts with well selected ingredients, without taste and color additions, bought by local farmers who are proud of their profession, using the best raw materials and production methods. The result will be visble on the table and tasteful in the mouth.
Annie and Jérôme wish to contibute to this well established French cooking and dining with to products they sell in their shop. They have among others, Basque pâtés and the famous Gâteau Basque, de marmelades from Haute Saule, sausages, regional vin de sable, de landaise pies, ham from Bayonne and of course several products made from duckmeat. But come and see, because this is only a part of their products.
