Château Vieux Mougnac

For five generations the Milhard family has grown their vines with the same devotion and has produced their wines naturally in accordance with the seasons. From this passion an original and rare product has been conceived. The same methods which have been practised for generations are still being used in the vinification process (two years before bottling), which makes "Vieux Mougnac" an earthy wine, delicate but full of character.

Red wines
The tannin content of the red wines gives them a "woody flavour" even though they are not matured in wooden barrels, which gives you the option of drinking them young or of keeping them for up to 20 years in the case of good vintages.

White wines
The white wine is the product of an old vine. The dry is both surprisingly lively in character and delicate in taste, whilst the sweet is a favourite among the ladies who can drink it throughout a meal due to its perfect match with most dishes.
